What You Will Do
* Lead and manage the Emergency Duty Team to ensure the provision of high-quality social work services.
* Conduct assessments and deliver interventions as an Approved Mental Health Professional.
* Develop and implement strategies to improve team performance and service delivery.
* Liaise with partner agencies to coordinate support and resources for service users.
* Manage short-term staffing solutions to maintain consistent service levels.
