We are a national company offering market-leading heating and hot water solutions from regional offices across the East of England and the Midlands, strategically located to ensure comprehensive coverage and access for our clients.
We are seeking a dedicated, detail-oriented individual to join our finance team on a part-time basis. This role requires excellent multitasking abilities and strong communication skills to manage financial tasks efficiently and support our organisational objectives.
Role Overview:
The Finance Assistant will provide comprehensive administrative support to the finance department, ensuring accurate handling of financial transactions and maintaining records in our IT systems. This role demands high accuracy and the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Assist in preparing financial reports and managing financial documentation.
2. Perform data entry tasks, ensuring all information is accurate and current.
3. Handle communications with clients and respond professionally to inquiries.
4. Support the team during financial audits by providing necessary documentation and records.
5. Coordinate with other departments to facilitate smooth financial procedures.
6. Manage petty cash transactions and prepare expense reports.
