Due to continued growth, our client is expanding their technical team and is looking for a motivated Software Support Consultant / IT Support Specialist to play a key role in delivering high-quality support to a diverse client base. This is an excellent opportunity to develop your technical skills in a collaborative, forward-thinking environment.
The Role
You’ll be part of a busy, customer-focused support team providing 1st and 2nd line support, troubleshooting software and IT issues, and helping customers get the most from modern workplace technologies.
What You’ll Be Doing
* Providing 1st & 2nd line technical support in a fast-paced environment
* Supporting cloud-based software and collaboration tools
* Troubleshooting issues across Microsoft 365, Teams, VoIP and SaaS platforms
* Assisting with general office network and user support
* Building strong relationships with customers through clear, friendly communication
* Working closely with senior engineers and escalating where appropriate
* Developing your skills within a growing managed services environment
About You
* Previous experience in IT technical support or software support
* Knowledge of Microsoft 365, Teams and/or VoIP / SaaS solutions (ideal but not essential)
* Good all-round understanding of office IT and networks
* Experience working for a Managed Service Provider is advantageous
* Hard-working, proactive, and keen to develop in a growing business
* A natural communicator who enjoys helping customers
