This is a fantastic opportunity for a highly organised and proactive individual to play an integral role in the success of a thriving Sales department.
Key Responsibilities
* Provide administrative support to the Sales team throughout the home-buying process.
* Manage customer documentation and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
* Liaise with site teams, legal representatives, and production departments to ensure sales progress smoothly.
* Maintain and update CRM systems, including the preparation of management reports.
* Handle customer queries with professionalism, care, and efficiency.
About You
* Previous experience in property, sales administration, or customer service.
* Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
* Strong communication skills and attention to detail.
* Confident using Microsoft Office; experience with CRM systems (e.g. Coins) advantageous.
* A positive, proactive team player with a can-do attitude.
