The Role Of a Floor Manager
* Support senior management with leading the front of house team, undertaking specific responsibilities for a smooth running of the shift.
* Monitor and uphold the highest standards of presentation and service, also handling guests’ complaints and queries.
* Train, develop and supervise team members to ensure a cohesive and efficient team.
