What you’ll be doing: Supporting pupils in lessons, both in small groups and one-to-one. Assisting teachers with engaging activities and classroom management. Encouraging students to develop confidence, independence and resilience. Helping prepare lesson resources and contributing to displays. Building strong, positive relationships with staff, students and parents. Taking part in training sessions, shadowing opportunities and CPD workshops. What we’re looking for: A motivated, approachable individual who enjoys working with young people. Excellent communication and teamwork skills. Reliability, punctuality and a willingness to learn new skills. A positive attitude and the confidence to get involved. Desirable but not essential: Experience working or volunteering with children/young people. An interest in pursuing a career in education. GCSEs (or equivalent) in English and Maths.
