We are recruiting for a resident facing and leasing-focused opportunity within a premium residential development in the heart of Guildford.
The Role
As a Leasing & Resident Experience Executive, you will play a key role in driving occupancy while delivering exceptional service to residents.
Key Responsibilities Include
Conducting property viewings and converting enquiries
Managing the full lettings journey from enquiry through to move-in
Completing Right to Rent checks and reviewing references
Managing inbound leads and maintaining accurate CRM records (Salesforce)
Working closely with the Lettings Manager to ensure apartments are market-ready
Supporting and building rapport with residents
Supporting and helping with resident events
Supporting resident enquiries and resolving issues professionally
Managing parcels, keys and visitor logs
Preparing and delivering clear shift handovers
This role requires someone commercially aware, confident closing deals and comfortable working towards occupancy targets.
Working Pattern
1st Week Mon- Sat 8-5, Sat 9-6
2nd Week Tues – Fri 11-8
Flexibility required for occasional bank holiday cover.
About You
We are looking for someone who:
Has a hospitality/hotel or property background
Someone with a genuine interest in Property and developing a career
Is target-driven and commercially minded
Is very IT and tech savvy
Is highly organised and proactive
Has strong communication and customer service skills
Is comfortable using CRM systems
This is not purely a front-of-house role — it requires someone sharp, proactive and genuinely motivated by leasing performance.

£28,000 basic salary
