PURPOSE OF THE ROLE
Due to the growth within Workplace an exciting new opportunity has been created for a Senior Contracts Manager to join our passionate and driven Management team to service our clients in the North of Birmingham. Our current client base is approximately £1.2m which includes multiple high value clients that are part of our National Client base. You would be required to support and manage both our Clients and Staff to ensure the highest level of service delivery, through developing Client relationships, innovation, and excellent communication skills and to further develop this area.
The successful candidate would be an experienced Soft Facilities Management professional with a proven track record in a complex 5-star delivery environment, a great ability to multi -task with experience in Education and Commercial cleaning.
Our clients operate 365 days a year so flexibility to work out of hours or weekends (minimal) will be required. We are also looking to recruit an apprentice to support and grow within this role.

Either NEEBOSH qualified or willing to study for accreditation
