Position: SEN Teaching Assistant Location: Kidderminster Contract: Full-time We are seeking compassionate, skilled, and dedicated SEN Teaching Assistants to join our team. The successful applicants will support children and young people with a range of needs, including trauma-related behaviour, SEMH (Social, Emotional, and Mental Health), autism, anxiety, and personal care requirements. Key Responsibilities: * Provide high-quality, personalised support for pupils with additional needs. * Personal care * Assist with daily personal care and wellbeing. * Support pupils in managing trauma-related and challenging behaviours. * Work closely with teaching staff to implement individual learning plans. * Foster a safe, inclusive, and nurturing environment.
