Are you organised, friendly, and confident on the phone? Do you enjoy helping customers and keeping things running smoothly?

We're looking for a Client Relations Executive to join a growing and supportive team in Horsham.

This is a great opportunity for someone with strong administrative and customer service skills who's ready to take the next step in their career. Full training will be provided - all you need is the right attitude, enthusiasm, and willingness to learn.

*Driving License required*

What You'll Be Doing
1. Acting as a key point of contact for customers and engineers.
2. Booking services, appointments, and ensuring jobs are scheduled correctly.
3. Preparing quotes, invoices, and following up on payments.
4. Maintaining clear and professional communication with clients throughout the process.
5. Assisting with re-engaging old customers and handling basic queries or complaints.
6. Liaising with internal teams including engineers, warehouse, and procurement to keep everything on track.
7. Keeping the CRM system up to date with accurate information.

9. Personable and approachable, able to build relationships easily.
10. Confident and assertive, comfortable speaking with engineers and clients alike.
11. Detail-oriented with a strong eye for accuracy.
12. Has a professional telephone manner and enjoys speaking to people.
13. Enthusiastic, positive, and keen to develop within the company.

There's also scope for growth in this role - if you enjoy the client-facing side and show a knack for sales, there's uncapped commission potential and plenty of room to progress within the business. You'll be joining a friendly, close-knit team where your contribution is valued and your development is supported.

What's in it for you?
14. Monday to Friday, 8am/8.30am - 5pm/5.30pm (rotating)
15. Salary of £25,000 - £28,000pa DOE
16. 6-month probation period with comprehensive training provided
17. 20 days holiday + BH & Christmas shutdown
18. Company social events & activities throughout the year
19. Own driving license is required
