CTRG are seeking a dedicated and reliable Warehouse Worker to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring the efficient operation of our warehouse by performing various tasks related to shipping, receiving, and materials handling. This position requires a strong work ethic and the ability to handle heavy lifting and maintain an organised workspace.
Duties
Perform heavy lifting and manual handling of goods as required.
Assist in shipping and receiving processes, ensuring accurate documentation and inventory control.
Engage in picking and packing orders for dispatch, adhering to quality standards.
Manage stock levels and assist with materials handling throughout the warehouse.
Operate warehouse management systems, including AS400, to track inventory and manage orders.
Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the warehouse environment to promote safety and efficiency.
Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations and timely fulfilment of orders.
Utilise mechanical knowledge to assist with basic maintenance of warehouse equipment as needed.

Pick items
Maintain and support the wider team to ensure high standards of housekeeping and Health & Safety
Contribute to performance and productivity targets set for staff
Remain focused under pressure in a time-sensitive environment

AM : £12.45
PM: £14.32
Nights: £15.57
Shift pattern:
The shifts can alter between morning/ afternoon shifts. The start time for morning can alter between 6:00 AM, 8:00AM or 10:00AM - 7.5h +30 min break.
The start time for afternoon shift is 14:00.
The start time for the night shift is 22:00
