Here atBrakes, we have ambitious growth plans, we have a offering called'Your Way' within our Independent Sales business. As a YourWay Field Sales Consultant you'll be responsible for winning andmaximising business in your very owndedicated neighbourhood of just one squaremile.

So, what will you bedoing?
You'll solely beresponsible for the success of your own local neighbourhood byachieving the following;
- Research yourtarget audience and opportunities in yourneighbourhood- Build and leverage strongcustomer relationships with your local neighbourhood and communitythrough constant selling, face to face meetings and understandingthe customer needs- Onboard new customerseffectively & successfully whilst ensuring close workingrelationships with existing accounts and track activity usingsalesforce- Work closely with your distributionpartner/ driver for your neighbourhood to create a strong team forthe community- Deliver profitable volumegrowth and hit targets- Monitor competitorand Independent market activity around your neighbourhood andpropositions to ensure you are offering our customers the bestsolutions and insight from the biggest Foodservice provider in theworld
We are looking for someone whohas the ability to not only win new business but also maximisesales through our existing customers. Ideally you'll come from aField Sales/ Account Management background and be commerciallyastute, technically proficient in excel and building andmaintaining relationships. Not to mention, you musthave a passion for sales! It would also be great ifyou had a food background, but this is notessential.
