Financial Planning Administrator
Recruit Wealth is representing a highly successful Financial Planning business in West Sussex. We are looking to recruit an experienced Financial Planning Administrator to support a team of financial advisers and paraplanners.
Role
You will work alongside experienced team members, offering high‑level administration support to Financial Advisers/Paraplanners. Your responsibilities include:
* Taking phone calls, inquiries and requests, and handling them where appropriate
* Client correspondence, written and verbal
* Processing new business
* Preparation of client review packs
* Arranging client meetings and managing the adviser’s diary
* Illustration requests
* Back‑office support
* Ensuring financial planning client administration follows firm procedures
* Maintaining client records in the company software and ensuring the client and firm files are well presented, accurate and compliant
This role is suited to an individual with at least one year of financial services administration experience. Study support for recognised industry exams is paid for with the view to becoming a paraplanner if desired.
