Our Account Managers are responsible for developing strong relationships with customers, connecting with key business executives and stakeholders, and driving sales growth by managing and expanding assigned customer accounts. This role ensures customer satisfaction and identifies new business opportunities among existing clients, acting as a key point of contact between the client and internal teams.

What we’re looking for:
* Someone with a dynamic personality, able to effectively engage with various audiences
* Excellent communication and telephone manner
* Strong written and verbal communication skills
* Ability to organise and prioritise workload
* Enthusiastic about progressing knowledge and skills
* Strong rapport-building and objection-handling skills
* Strong computer literacy and proficiency in CRM software
* Proven experience in Sales, Account Management or Customer Service, with track record of achieving and exceeding your targets required
Responsibilities:
* Create and maintain client accounts and relationships
* Effectively service and retain customer accounts
* Consult existing customers on upgrading their package to better their results
* Generate reports for the business and customers
* Deliver effective and engaging product demonstrations or presentations
* Problem solving to evaluate performance and resolve customer concerns
