* Conduct 1:1 discovery calls with qualified leads to understand their goals, challenges, and readiness for transformation.
* Confidently communicate the value of our high-ticket programmes and events.
* Use established, proven marketing systems to connect with future leaders who are seeking growth and change.
* Track conversations and updates in your CRM system.
* Actively develop your own leadership and personal growth through premium courses, live events, and structured training.
* Participate in a supportive, global team focused on mindset, leadership and a can-do attitude.
Your Background
* Previous experience in consultative sales, coaching, leadership development or personal development
* Experience building relationships and supporting people through transformation
* Confidence with AI and CRM systems
