What You Can Expect
Responsible for providing an exceptional level of customer service to both internal and external customers. This role involves direct communication via telephone and email, as well as interaction with systems such as SAP, Salesforce.com, booking apps, and MyMediset to process bookings, invoicing, replenishments, and order queries/deliveries.
How You'll Create Impact
* Communicate effectively with customers via telephone and email.
* Understand the importance of Zimmer Biomet products and apply empathy in customer interactions.
* Create, release, and amend loan bookings using 'My Mediset' software and booking apps.
* Provide usage reports/KPI reports as required.
* Follow up proactively on back orders.
* Initiate system queries to invoice and credit customers.
* Meet KPIs and ensure high customer satisfaction by answering calls within expected timeframes.
* Monitor queues within Salesforce for timely request completion.
* Provide product pricing and delivery information.
* Coordinate collections and maintain orders on customer portals.
* Support patient-matched cement orders and custom orders.
* Generate customer feedback reports.
* Engage with a diverse team in an open-plan office environment.
* Perform other duties as assigned by the Customer Experience Supervisor/Manager.

Your Background
* Relevant qualification or experience in Customer Service.
