TSR Legal are working with a highly regarded Legal 500 firm who are seeking a skilled Legal Secretary to join their busy Conveyancing team in Neath.
The Role
You will provide comprehensive secretarial and administrative support to a Partner and the wider conveyancing team, ensuring the smooth running of files and client service. Duties will include:
* Preparing correspondence and legal documents
* Audio and copy typing
* Managing diaries, arranging meetings, and handling telephone enquiries
* File management and general administrative support
The Candidate
The successful candidate will ideally have:
* Previous experience as a Legal Secretary (conveyancing experience desirable)
* Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
* Excellent IT and typing skills
* A proactive and professional approach to client service
* Competitive salary up to £24,000
