Functional Knowledge – Mid Analyst/Developer :
Microsoft development environment: C# .NET, JSON, REST, HTML, CSS, Bootstrap
TDD (MSTest/Nunit)
SQL Server: SQL, Stored Procedures
GIT, SVN, TFS/VSTS/Azure Devops, JIRA
Agile: SCRUM/Kanban
Desirable:
WebApi, net core, Angular JS/4+, Typescript
BDD (Specflow/Cucumber), SOLID, DRY
Knowledge of Cloud: Azure/Azure ESB
Swagger, Postman
Kendo UI
Useful:
A general background in Windows environments and other Microsoft technologies such as Winforms, VB .net, VB6, Access, VBA.
What You Will Be Doing – Mid Analyst/Developer :
8. To develop new systems and maintain existing ones in a Microsoft environment, working to given specifications.
9. To liaise, collaborate and work with other developers, scrum master or business users and Ops to contribute to the design and analysis of specifications in any or all of the following: databases, middleware components, webpages or GUIs.
10. To analyse and diagnose issues/bugs in existing systems.
11. To perform unit testing.
12. To evaluate existing applications and identify areas for improvement.
13. To work with testers to ensure new functionality is working to specification.
14. To attend daily stand-ups, participate and contribute to peer code reviews.
15. To attend and participate in sprint planning and retrospectives to provide estimates and updates.
16. To write and maintain technical documentation.
17. To mentor junior developers.
