We are recruiting a Full Stack Engineer for a permanent role within a London-based product-led technology company. This position offers hybrid working, with a mix of in-person collaboration and remote flexibility, and the opportunity to play a key role in shaping product development and technical direction.
Role Overview
As a Full Stack Engineer, you will design, build, and deliver core product features across the full stack, owning work end-to-end from problem definition through to deployment and iteration. You will collaborate closely with internal stakeholders to understand user needs and translate them into robust, scalable software solutions.
This role is well suited to an engineer who enjoys ownership, working in fast-moving environments, and contributing to the development of modern, production-grade systems.
Key Responsibilities
* Designing, building, and shipping full stack product features
* Developing and maintaining core application systems, workflows, and integrations
* Owning features from architecture through to production and ongoing improvement
* Collaborating with cross-functional teams to shape technical solutions
* Making pragmatic technical decisions with a balance of speed and long-term quality
* Contributing to engineering standards, best practices, and team processes
Skills and Experience
Essential
* 2 to 5 years experience building and operating production full stack applications
* Strong experience with TypeScript and Python
* Product-focused mindset with the ability to translate user needs into technical solutions
* Experience using automated testing to ensure software quality and reliability
* Comfortable working with modern development tools, including AI-assisted workflows
* Strong ownership, accountability, and attention to detail
Desirable
* Experience with CI/CD pipelines and infrastructure as code such as Terraform
* Experience working with cloud platforms such as AWS, GCP, or Azure
* Experience building software for complex, real-world operational environments
* Evidence of side projects, personal products, or self-directed technical work
Compensation and Benefits
* Base salary around £70,000
