Temporary General Admin Assistant – East Harling
We are currently recruiting on behalf of our client for a Temporary General Admin Assistant based in East Harling. This is a great opportunity for someone who is organised, reliable, and confident handling a variety of administrative tasks within a busy environment.
Role Details
* Location: East Harling
* Days: Monday to Friday (4 or 5 days per week)
* Hours: 8:45am – 5:00pm
* Pay: £12.71 – £15.00 per hour
* Contract Length: 1‑2 months
* Pay Frequency: Weekly
Key Responsibilities
* General administrative duties including data entry, filing, and handling correspondence
* Managing and maintaining stock control systems
* Ordering stock and liaising with suppliers
* Supporting the wider team with day‑to‑day office tasks
* Ensuring records are accurate and up to date
Requirements
* Previous administrative experience preferred
* Good organisational and time management skills
* Strong attention to detail
* Confident using Microsoft Office and general computer systems
* Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
