This hybrid role offers a unique opportunity for an experienced TM formalities professional to step into a leadership-oriented position while supporting two vital teams at the heart of the firm’s IP operations. About the Role This newly created position is designed to bridge and strengthen collaboration between the Trade Mark Renewals and Records teams. The successful candidate will divide their time between both functions and act as a deputy to support the team supervisors when required. Key Responsibilities: 60% Trade Mark Renewals – Overseeing renewals workflows, ensuring deadlines are met, and supporting the Renewals Supervisor. 40% Trade Mark & Design Records – Managing TM and design record-keeping processes with precision and compliance. Act as a go-to person for queries within both teams and provide support during supervisor absences. Contribute to the refinement and optimisation of formalities processes and systems. Requirements: Minimum 5 years' experience in trade mark formalities within a legal or IP firm. CITMA Paralegal Qualification (essential). Strong understanding of TM formalities processes and best practices. Experience with iManage (preferred). Familiarity with Inprotech configuration and rules functionality (preferred). Comfortable with hybrid working, with full office attendance required during an initial 2-week onboarding period. Why Join?
