Base pay range
The role sits within the EURO 2028 Programme Team (Programme Management Office), which is responsible for overseeing DCMS’s programme management activities for the tournament. The postholder will:
* Support the coordination and delivery of programme management responsibilities for UKG and support UKG’s involvement with tournament-wide integrated programme management functions;
* As a Government Major Projects Portfolio programme, lead coordination and delivery of extensive reporting requirements;
* Support the delivery of core programme management disciplines including planning, risk and issue management, reporting, and finance, providing advice to teams where required;
* Ensure all programme documentation, processes and strategies are stored centrally, and updated to agreed cycle;
* Ensure regular lessons learned exercises are undertaken and recorded to support continuous improvement across the programme.
* Support the management of the programme governance and assurance framework where necessary.
* Lead coordination of ad hoc cross-cutting commissions and briefings.
