37 hours per week Monday to Friday between 8.30 am and 5.30 pm at Wyre Day Service, Fleetwood, FY7 7PN

We’re looking for a Community Support Worker to join our friendly team at Wyre Day Service in Fleetwood, supporting adults with learning disabilities and other support needs to live happy, fulfilling lives.
About the Role
No two days are the same! You’ll be supporting people both at our day service centre and out in the community, helping them to:
* Take part in fun, meaningful activities
* Learn new skills and build independence
* Access their local community, groups, and events
* Form friendships and feel included
* Achieve their personal goals (big or small!)
This is a full time role, working Monday to Friday, (no evenings, weekends or bank holidays)
