Process invoices, payments, and expense claims in a timely manner. Reconcile bank statements and manage accounts payable and receivable. Support month-end and year-end financial closing activities. Assist in the preparation of financial statements and budgets. Ensure compliance with company policies and financial regulations. Provide administrative support to the Accounting & Finance team. Collaborate with colleagues to improve financial processes and systems.Profile A successful Finance Assistant should have: A background in accounting, finance, or a related field. Proficiency in financial software and Microsoft Office, particularly Excel. Strong attention to detail and organisational skills. An ability to work effectively within a team and independently.
