Job Description
Salary: £30K per annum.
Hours: 08:45am - 17:00pm Monday to Thursday, with a 4pm finish on Friday.

Elevation Recruitment Group - Marketing Division is seeking a candidate to support the team in delivering brand and corporate marketing strategies. The role involves managing digital marketing channels, supporting day-to-day marketing activities, and developing a strong product and sector understanding. This is an office-based position suitable for a graduate-caliber individual looking to progress in marketing.
Responsibilities
* Manage and develop the company's website and reporting mechanisms
* Maintain and grow social media platforms, creating relevant content
* Set up and analyze email marketing campaigns
* Manage paid media campaigns across PPC, SEO, and social media
* Create multimedia content for various channels
* Coordinate email communications and optimize results
* Manage relevant databases for email campaigns
* Collaborate with internal departments on marketing strategies
* Ensure effective brand communication online and through digital PR
* Support internal and external events
* Assist with photography, image sourcing, and brand filming
* Prepare and distribute marketing materials
* Maintain branded promotional materials
* Perform additional duties as required
Essential Qualifications and Experience
* Strong team player with good relationship-building skills
* Interest and experience in SEO and campaign reporting
* Experience in CRM management and email marketing
* Proven ability to manage multiple social media channels and grow audiences
* Experience with paid media campaigns across Google Ads, Bing Ads, and social media
* Knowledge of Google Analytics/G4
* Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
* Ability to develop engaging content
* Creative thinking to differentiate from competitors
* Strong organizational skills and time management
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office
* Deep understanding of social media channels and their effective use
* Ability to manage workload independently and meet deadlines
