Chippindale Plant is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Head of Sales to lead and develop our sales function. This role is responsible for delivering sustainable, profitable growth by managing and motivating a high-performing sales team, strengthening our existing customer base, and identifying new business opportunities.
The successful candidate will take ownership of achieving the companys £15M hire revenue target through strategic planning, strong leadership, and a relentless focus on sales excellence.

* Provide guidance and support to Depot Managers in relation to Hire Desk Managers and Hire Desk Controllers
