We are looking for a dedicated and compassionate SEN Teaching Assistant to join a specialist educational setting supporting children and young people aged 2 to 18. This is a full-time position with an immediate start, offering a varied and rewarding role where every day makes a difference.

You will be supporting pupils with a range of special educational needs, including:
* Autism spectrum conditions
* Social, emotional and mental health needs
* Communication and interaction difficulties
* Complex and additional learning needs
Support is personalised and holistic, focusing on academic progress, independence and wellbeing.

What We’re Looking For
* Minimum of 6 months’ childcare experience, particularly supporting learners with SEN
* Experience across primary and secondary age ranges is desirable
* A full UK driving licence is essential due to the school’s location
* Patient, proactive and adaptable approach

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
