The successful candidate will have:
* A recognised teaching qualification (QTS, QTLS, or equivalent)
* An enhanced Child-Only DBS on the Update Service, or willingness to apply
* Strong subject knowledge and experience teaching Drama at secondary level
* Confident classroom and behaviour management skills
* The ability to motivate, engage, and build positive relationships with students
* A flexible and inclusive approach to teaching diverse learners
