Warranty Engineer responsibilities include -
Managing all warranty claims, product returns, and complaint investigations.
Coordinating testing, root cause analysis, and implementation of corrective actions.
Leading internal and external communication on warranty issues until closure.
Reporting on warranty trends and ensuring accurate data in the system.
Supporting PFMEA and control plan updates based on real-world issues.Warranty Engineer - skills and experience:
Previous experience in warranty, customer complaints, or quality engineering.
Strong working knowledge of ISO 9001:2015 and customer standards.
Excellent communication skills with a proactive and professional approach.
Confident analysing and presenting data using Excel and reporting tools.
