Salary: £31,500 pa
Are you a passionate and pragmatic HR professional with a flair for employee relations? Millennium Support is looking for a dynamic Human Resources Advisor to be the frontline support for our managers—providing expert advice across the full employee lifecycle and helping foster a people-first culture.
What You'll Be Doing
* Be the go-to advisor for managers on all things people—ER cases, absence management, and performance issues.
* Drive meaningful solutions in complex employee matters with confidence and empathy.
* Champion people policies across the organisation, helping leaders apply best practice with impact.
* Deliver and support training initiatives that build manager capability.
* Shape the employee experience through recognition, wellbeing, and inclusive initiatives.
* Manage Occupational Health referrals with precision and care.
* Partner with "The Voice" to strengthen employee engagement across Millennium Support.
What You'll Bring
* Hands-on experience in ER casework and absence management within fast-paced environments.
* Strong decision-making, coaching and organisational skills.
* Confident communication with the ability to influence and collaborate across levels.
* Knowledge of UK Employment Legislation including Right to Work, Equality Act, and disciplinary procedures.
* A proactive approach with professionalism, integrity, and optimism.
Your Background
* A-level or equivalent qualification (essential)
* CIPD or working towards (desirable)
* Full UK driving licence (required)
