Salary & Benefits
* Salary up to £65,000 per annum
* Annual bonus: up to 40% of salary, performance related

Responsibilities
As Commissioning Home Manager you will:
* Lead the full registration and commissioning process for the new 60‑bed nursing home
* Recruit, embed, and develop a high‑performing, values‑driven team from scratch
* Drive occupancy growth, embed strong governance and operational systems, and establish the home as a trusted care provider within the local community
* Create a culture where residents feel safe, supported, and truly at home from the moment the doors open
Qualifications & Experience
We’re looking for an inspiring Home Manager who:
* Has proven experience leading a nursing care service
* Grapples confidently with regulatory standards, dementia care and governance
* Brings commercial insight to ensure long‑term success through strong occupancy and financial performance
* Is a natural motivator who builds and nurtures a high‑performing team that feels valued, supported, and proud of the care they deliver
* Is nurse‑qualified (desirable but not essential for an exceptional leader with credible clinical oversight)
