Your role
* Complete installations, servicing and general maintenance of air source heat pumps.
* Undertake general central heating system repairs.
* Organise labour and materials.
* Carry out onsite supervision providing technical and practical support.
* Fault finding analysis, maintenance and repairs to commercial and domestic heating systems.
* Installation and upgrading work to respective heating, sanitation, plumbing and HVAC equipment on a planned and reactive basis to ensure that systems are operating safely and efficiently.
* Document works using your PDA.
* Report accidents, near‑miss events, and potential hazards.
* Handle any additional maintenance tasks within your remit.
* Be flexible in working with a wide range of customers, adapting to their needs and schedules.
Qualifications
* ACS qualifications: CCN1, HTR1, CKR1, CENWAT.
* Domestic plumbing NVQ Level 2/3 or City & Guilds equivalent.
* Proven Air Source Heat Pump / multi‑fuel experience including installation experience.
