This is a strategic leadership role - ideal for someone who’s already been in the thick of major frameworks and wants to develop not just submissions, but the future direction of a key division. What’s the role? The Head of Bids will lead and take ultimate responsibility for the end-to-end bid function for their Planned Maintenance arm - covering everything from SHDF to Decent Homes, capital works to cyclical maintenance. You will sit at the heart of strategy, collaborating closely with directors, operations, commercial and pre-con teams. You will effectively manage a talented in-house team, bring consistency and creativity to the work winning process, and carry the flag for quality, compliance, and clarity in every bid that leaves the building.
