We’re looking for an experienced and driven Head of Sales to join a dynamic and rapidly growing travel organisation based in the Chester area. This is a key leadership position within the Sales Management team, working alongside other Heads of Sales to drive performance and deliver results, during an exciting phase of growth for the business. Reporting directly to the Managing Director, this will be a challenging, varied and fast paced role where you will be carrying out multiple tasks such as Call Monitoring, Sales Coaching, providing feedback to the Sales Agents on their performance, driving increased conversions, revenue, profit and reviews for both travel brands, managing multiple channels/sources of enquiries effectively and providing clear communication to the team and fellow Managers at all times. Previous experience in a similar managerial role within the travel sector is essential for the position and in return, our client can offer a competitive salary up to £55k, plus bonus structure and excellent benefits.
