We are representing a leading main contractor with a strong reputation for delivering exceptional commercial interiors across London. As part of ongoing growth and a healthy pipeline of secured work, they are looking to appoint a Projects Director to oversee the delivery of several fit-out projects ranging from £12m to £40m. Key Responsibilities: Lead the delivery of multiple CAT A & B fit-out schemes across London, ensuring on-time, on-budget completion with the highest quality standards. Manage project teams, including Project Managers, Site Managers and Commercial Managers etc. Serve as the key client liaison, maintaining strong relationships and ensuring exceptional client satisfaction. Oversee all project phases – from pre-construction through to handover. Provide strategic leadership, programme oversight, risk management, and commercial awareness across the portfolio. Drive health & safety, sustainability, and innovation in delivery. Requirements: Proven experience delivering high-value CAT A & B commercial fit-outs in central London. Strong leadership background at Projects Director or Senior Project Manager level with a Tier 1 or reputable specialist contractor. Demonstrable experience managing multiple concurrent projects of £10m value. Commercially astute with excellent client-facing skills and technical knowledge. Strong understanding of London market, supply chain, and regulations. Relevant construction qualifications (e.g. Degree, MCIOB, RICS or equivalent).
