Currently working with a fantastic Client based in Bury who are looking for a Customer Success Coordinator to join their busy team.
Working hours are – Full Time Monday to Friday.
Responsibilities:
* Obtain a thorough understanding of the business.
* Manage upwards of existing customers.
* Develop relationships with new and existing customers.
* Be the main point of contact.
* Handle requests and enquiries in a timely manner.
* Liaise with internal and external departments.
* Maintain the CRM System.
Skills Required:
* Excellent customer service and communication skills.
* Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
* Ability to work as part of a team and by yourself.
* Working knowledge of Microsoft Packages.
* Experience in a similar role.
* Familiarity with CRM Software *desirable.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and to deadlines.
