The role

We're hiring a Head of SEO to lead our UK organic search strategy - driving scalable customer acquisition through SEO and ASO. Reporting to the Director of Performance & Lifecycle Marketing, this is a key leadership role within the UK marketing team.

You'll position organic search as a core growth engine, connecting technical excellence and content strategy to measurable commercial outcomes: traffic, applications, and first trades. As we pivot from derivatives toward investing and crypto, you'll redefine our organic search approach for high-intent growth segments - while adapting to the rise of AI-driven search platforms (Google SGE, ChatGPT, Perplexity).
