We have an exciting opportunity for a patient centred, people leader looking for a rewarding role in a friendly and professional environment, to join us as a Practice Manager at our Hob Hey Dental Practice in Warrington.
The essentials:
1. Full or part time, 4 or 5 days per week
2. Monday - Friday
3. Competitive pay in line with experience up to £18 per hour
4. Free on-site parking
5. Work with our friendly team in our high performing predominantly private 3 surgery practice
About you
We welcome your application if you have management or Lead Dental Nurse experience within a dental setting. Other industries such as healthcare or commercial (, retail / hospitality) will also be considered.
6. Experience of working with financial records, to include P&L, KPIs and budget planning
7. Experience of managing a team including knowledge of HR processes and compliance
8. The ability to communicate effectively with the team and lead them with a positive, proactive approach
