Commercial Property Solicitor – Solihull
Our client is recruiting a qualified Commercial Property Lawyer to join their team, based at the Solihull office. This role offers a varied and high-quality commercial property caseload within a friendly and collaborative working environment.
The Role:
You will undertake a broad range of commercial property matters, including:
* Sale and purchase of commercial property
* Sale of business assets
* Sale of property at auction
* Secured lending, mortgages and remortgages
* Landlord and Tenant matters, including:
* Leases and renewals
* Licences to assign, sublet and alter
* Surrenders
* Pension scheme transactions, including in specie transactions
* Land Registry applications, including first registrations and adverse possession matters
* Dealing with Section 25 notices
* Acting on behalf of management companies
About You:
* Qualified Commercial Property Lawyer
* Strong technical knowledge and a solid commercial property background
* Excellent organisational and prioritisation skills
* Proactive, commercially aware and client-focused
