Key Responsibilities
* Deliver personal care and support to service users in line with individual care plans
* Assist with daily activities such as washing, dressing, meal support, and mobility
* Promote dignity, respect, and independence at all times
* Offer emotional and social support through companionship and engagement
* Maintain accurate records and report any changes or concerns
Requirements
* A minimum of 6 months’ care experience in the UK (in any care setting)
* A caring, reliable, and professional attitude
* Willingness to travel to different locations within Cardiff
* Up-to-date Enhanced DBS (can be arranged if needed)
* Practical manual handling certificate
