We currently have two exciting opportunities to join our Customer Hub team as a Customer Service Advisor. Applicants will be able to state their preference for the permanent full-time role or the fixed-term part-time role on the application form.
Contracts Available:
1. Permanent, full-time (35 hours per week)
2. Fixed-term, part-time (17.5 hours per week) until 31st January 2026
About the Role
As a Customer Service Advisor, you’ll be the first point of contact for our tenants and residents—whether on the phone, in person at reception, or online. You’ll play a vital role in ensuring customers receive friendly, efficient, and professional support, resolving enquiries wherever possible at first contact.
Working as part of a supportive team, you’ll help deliver meaningful outcomes for our customers, contribute to improving overall satisfaction, and share learning across the organisation to enhance how we deliver services.
What You’ll Be Doing
3. Handling inbound telephone calls, face-to-face enquiries, and online requests from customers
4. Providing accurate advice, support, and signposting to achieve first-time resolution wherever possible
5. Liaising with colleagues across departments and external agencies to ensure customer needs are met
6. Recording information accurately on housing management and customer systems
7. Supporting continuous improvement by sharing customer feedback and learning with the wider team
What We’re Looking For
8. Experience providing excellent customer service in a busy environment
9. Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a calm, friendly approach
10. Ability to deal with a wide range of enquiries efficiently and professionally
11. Strong IT and record-keeping skills, with attention to detail and accuracy
12. A team player with a positive, proactive, and flexible approach
