The Role Provide technical legal support to residential property teams, including title examination, contract settlement, and conveyancing quality assurance. Draft detailed contract report letters for new developments and residential property sales, as well as conveyancing search reports for clients. Review development documentation to ensure suitability for sales and mortgage security. Advise on complex technical conveyancing issues and oversee file reviews for compliance and risk assessment. Support fee earners across the department to maintain high standards of service and accuracy. You Minimum of 5 years’ post-qualification experience in residential property with comprehensive knowledge of conveyancing law and practice. Experienced with the Law Society’s Conveyancing Quality Scheme, case management systems, Land Registry portal, and online conveyancing software. Able to assess risk, make compliance decisions, and communicate effectively with colleagues and clients. Proactive, detail-oriented, and committed to maintaining high standards.
