About the role
We are seeking an experienced Psychotherapist to join our Clinical Teams at Underley Gardens School in Kirkby Lonsdale. You will collaborate to deliver assessments and intervention plans for pupils with complex needs, including autism and emotional challenges.
Your responsibilities include implementing holistic therapeutic approaches, conducting assessments, preparing reports, and supporting staff and parents through training. You will work within a multidisciplinary team committed to providing a nurturing environment where pupils can thrive, always prioritizing safeguarding and student involvement in decisions.

Qualifications and Experience
* Recognized qualification (e.g., Master’s Degree in Psychotherapy) and registration with a professional body
* Level 7 qualification or Level 5 with relevant experience
* Strong report writing skills
* Registration with BABCP or NCPC, and HCPC if applicable
* Experience working with autistic individuals with complex needs
* Ability to work independently and as part of a multi-professional team
* Evidence of ongoing professional development
* Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle
