We are looking for enthusiastic and resilient teachers with prior experience of working in SEND settings to join our ever-expanding team. We offer a bespoke educational provision in a nurturing environment for our secondary age students (Y7 - post 16) who are all in care of the local authority. We operate on two sites. The main site is in West Wycombe and our satellite nurture base is in the outskirts of Aylesbury. Both school sites offer safe and caring spaces for students to express feeling, emotions and anxieties that can be barriers to learning. We also offer specialist vocational learning spaces, designated teaching rooms and outdoor learning opportunities. In order to meet the diverse needs of the students at Unity College we ensure an adequate staff to pupil ratio, with typically a class comprising of no more than 4 pupils.
