The Role

As a Production Operative, you’ll become a key part of a busy and supportive production team, assisting with the manufacture, quality control, and dispatch of a wide range of products.

No two days are the same, and you’ll receive training across multiple departments, allowing you to develop a broad range of skills and progress your career within the business.

Key Responsibilities

* Assisting with all aspects of the manufacturing and production process

* Carrying out quality checks to ensure products meet company standards and customer specifications

* Following production instructions and ensuring all special requirements are met

* Operating machinery and production equipment following full training

* Picking, packing, labelling, and preparing products for dispatch

* Maintaining a clean, safe, and organised working environment

* Manual handling and lifting of products up to 25kg

About You

We’re looking for reliable, hardworking individuals who have a positive attitude and strong attention to detail.

You’ll ideally have:

* Previous experience within a production, manufacturing, assembly, warehouse, or factory environment (preferred but not essential)

* Good communication skills

* A strong work ethic and willingness to learn

* Excellent attention to detail and commitment to quality

* GCSE Maths and English (or equivalent)

* The ability to work as part of a team and independently when required
