What Youll Do
* Business Development : Win new clients through cold-calling, meetings, networking, and proactive selling across your designated territory.
* Candidate Management : Source, interview, and build a pool of high-calibre Business Support talent.
* Relationship Building : Develop strong, long-term partnerships with both clients and candidates.
* Consultative Selling : Identify opportunities, pitch solutions, and grow your client base.
* Compliance & Administration : Ensure accurate records and uphold Reed standards.
