Reporting to the Payroll Manager, you will be responsible for: Processing weekly, monthly, and annual payrolls accurately and on time Maintaining and updating payroll records for new starters, leavers, and changes to salaries or benefits Ensuring compliance with HMRC regulations, PAYE, pension contributions, and other statutory deductions Responding to payroll queries promptly and professionally Assisting with payroll audits, reporting, and year-end statutory submissions What you will need: Previous experience in a payroll role (such as Payroll Administrator, Payroll Officer, Payroll Clerk, or similar) Solid understanding of payroll processes and compliance Attention to detail and the ability to work independently Clear communication skills Confident using payroll software (Brightpay experience is a bonus, but similar systems are fine) What you will get: 15 hours per week, flexible with how these are worked Office-based to start, with the option to work from home after probabtion 28 days holiday including bank holidays (pro rata) Private medical insurance after 6 months Free parking Supportive, friendly team who understand family commitments If you would like to find out more about this role, please apply with your CV or LinkedIn PDF.
