About the Court of Protection Team:
The team provides legal advice and support for individuals with diminished mental capacity, focusing on deputyship applications, statutory wills, and property & affairs management, with an empathetic, client-centric approach.
Day-to-Day Responsibilities:
Support experienced lawyers on complex deputyship cases, manage your own caseload, and work within a multidisciplinary team to achieve the best outcomes for clients. The role offers valuable experience and mentorship to develop expertise in this legal area.
What We Look For:
* A qualified NQ+ Solicitor or Legal Executive with experience in Court of Protection matters.
* A calm, proactive individual with strong numeracy skills, accuracy, and the ability to support colleagues.
