About The Role Job role: Operations Manager Location: Wolverhampton, WV14 0UJ Hours: Monday to Friday – 08:00am -16:00pm Salary: £45,000 - £50,000 per annum, including car allowance Contract type: Permanent, Full Time Why Join Restore Information Management? As a Site Manager, you’ll play a key role in managing one of our flagship sites, overseeing daily operations, leading a large team and driving continuous improvement to boost efficiency. What You’ll Be Doing: Oversee all site operations and facilities for office-based teams on site. Lead and develop a team of 150. Identify and implement process improvements. Effectively manage change in a fast-paced environment. Collaborate with other sites across the business. Ensure compliance with health & safety, policies, and service level agreements. Build strong internal and external relationships. What We’re Looking For: Proven leadership in managing large teams of 150 ideally in operations, tech or retail. Strong coaching and team development skills. Experience in change management, and process improvement. Ability to identify and solve problems and implement solutions. Hands-on approach with a focus on KPIs and operational targets. Knowledge and experience of working with ISO standards: 9001, 14001, 27001 and 45001.
