Responsibilities
* Support senior leadership in executing the organisation\'s marketing plan, including writing press releases, conducting PR outreach, and coordinating events such as exhibitions, webinars, and conferences.
* Handle day-to-day marketing and sales activities: scheduling calls, responding to enquiries, sending information, and following up with potential clients.
* Create polished presentations, proposals, and email campaigns that effectively communicate the value of our services.
* Engage directly with prospects, confidently explaining digital and AI-driven services.
* Work collaboratively with the projects team to support existing clients, including preparing presentations, drafting proposals, and participating in occasional client meetings.
Experience Required / Qualifications
* Quick to learn and able to grasp complex digital services and explain them clearly.
* A confident communicator who is comfortable speaking with clients and prospects over the phone or in meetings.
* Proficient in PowerPoint and Word and skilled at creating professional presentations and documents.
* Highly organised and able to manage multiple tasks, projects, and deadlines efficiently.
* Familiar with digital marketing tools and concepts; knowledge of SEO, PPC, and AI tools is desirable, but not essential if you\'re motivated to learn.
